Stats is a service provided by Wadsack-Allen.

Your subscription to Stats will be billed monthly. By using the Stats service, you agree to pay subscription charges according to your traffic level, as specified in our price list (currently $20 per month for 25MB). You may unsubscribe from the service at any time by selecting the cancel option on your portal page, by cancelling the subscription through your PayPal account, or by sending an email to sales@reportmagic.com instructing us that you wish to unsubscribe.

While every effort is made to provide a high quality service, Wadsack-Allen makes no guarantee as to the reliability, accuracy or legality of the statistics provided by the Stats service. Wadsack-Allen does not guarantee the reliability or availability of the servers used to produce these statistics. Wadsack-Allen makes no guarantee that information provided by the Stats service will be retained for more than one month

WADSACK-ALLEN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OR ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WADSACK-ALLEN SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE STATS SERVICE.
